RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from us for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending items back.
  • Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging included (including gifts).  
  • Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
  • Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 
  • Exchanges: You can exchange your item for another style of the same price or less. If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

If you are exchanging a gift, please provide any of the following customer's info such as their full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.

If this concerns an issue with the product, please let us know so we can follow a different path in resolving that.
