We recommend replacing the filter every four weeks to ensure fresh and clean water.

Thanks to the built-in filter, the water stays fresh for up to 2 weeks. However, for optimal hygiene and to ensure your cat always has clean water, we recommend changing the water every 3–4 days.

If your cat doesn’t like the fountain or avoids it, we recommend giving it 3–4 days to get used to it. If your cat still avoids it after that, you can place a small amount of catnip near the spout to help encourage them to try it.
