PurePurr™ uses a 3-stage activated carbon filtration system to keep your cat’s water clean, fresh, and appealing throughout the day.

Each filter combines high-density activated carbon, ion exchange materials, and fine mechanical filtration to help reduce common impurities found in tap water:

• Helps reduce chlorine that can affect taste and irritate sensitive systems

Cleaning

The stainless steel parts are dishwasher-safe up to 45°C. However, we recommend hand washing to help preserve the water level viewing window over time.

The control module with the battery must never be submerged in water, rinsed, or placed in the dishwasher.

Battery & Charging Port

Always dry the charging port before charging.

Use only a standard power adapter (5V/1A). Fast chargers may damage the battery.

Never operate the fountain with a wet control module.

Before leaving for an extended period, make sure the battery is fully charged and check the water level.

Pump

Clean the pump every 2 weeks.

Remove the pump cover, take out the impeller, and clean both using the included brush.

A clogged pump is the most common cause of weak water flow or increased noise.

Filter

Replace the activated carbon filter every 2 to 4 weeks when cleaning the fountain.

Always soak a new filter in clean water for 5 minutes before use to prevent overflow.

Water

Change the water every 3 days.

Never run the fountain without water. The minimum water level should be at least 2.5 cm deep.
